如何下载网页空间里的**.rar压缩文件？请帮忙

该网页的ip地址：61.233.40.148
用ftp正常打开的网页应有3个文件（其中有wwwroot文件包和自己上传的 *.rar压缩文件），
请问各位高手：
在不知道ftp的密码和账号的情况下，
如何下载压缩文件 **.rar 呢？  我试了好多次都没有成功
我用过 61.233.40.148/**.rar   失败了
要怎么办，很着急阿？
