昨天上网，将QQ挂在机器上后就出去逛街了，一个小时后回来时，发现我的QQ提示在另外的地方登陆，已经离线，重新登陆，发现密码不正确，所以我马上意识到中了木马，于是我马上登陆我的另一个QQ，不一会，我的被盗QQ就上线了，并且和我聊起来，原来是他侵入了我的电脑，并且控制了我的电脑，我的一举一动都在他的监视之下，他之所以知道我的QQ密码，是因为我的硬盘里保存有我自己各个方面的密码文件（幸亏没有银行等重要的密码，只是QQ或一些邮箱的密码）他查看了我的密码文件，所以盗用了我的密码。这个黑客似乎并不那么恶毒，还和我聊了一个多小时。他提示我如何在服务里设置防止黑客入侵，但我对他还是有一些的戒心，所以他说了很多我都没有按他的做。现在我到这里来希望得到你们的帮助。就是控制面板里的服务里有很多服务，我想问一下，哪些服务是可以禁用的，哪些是绝对不能禁用的。只是不破坏我正常的上网和执行程序。现将服务附下：
