Qualifications include the following:
1.
Minimum 3-4 years experience in an operations center environment
2.
Minimum 2-3 years experience supporting Microsoft IIS, SQL 2000, SQL 2005 and Windows 2000/2003 in an operations/production environment
3.
MCSE for W2K and/or W2K3 preferred
4.
In-depth understanding of current MS technologies
5.
Experience with Active Directory, NTFS
6.
Strong skills in networking; Ethernet, TCP/IP, IPSEC, Cisco and or F5
7.
Extensive knowledge of client/server and web architecture
8.
Demonstrated experience with superior judgment, problem resolution, cross team collaboration
9.
BA/BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
10.
Programming/scripting/automation skills a plus
11.
Good communication skills-spoken and written English

You must have BS or higher degree of Computer Science or related Engineering majors. At least 2-3 years working experience in large scale datacenter trouble shooting or internet company server management is required. You must have excellent understanding of Network and Hardware. Software development experience would be a plus. And we prefer you have MCSE or CCNA/CCIE.
