[求助]请求帮助，关于端口问题，谢谢．

目前我所处的局域网只开放了８０８０端口，（不知道是不是），就是只能访问http类型的和上qq．
其余的断口好象都被封了，因为内网上internet是通过代理服务器上的，代理服务器的端口是３１２８．
这样，在内网就没办法下载文件，或使用一些软件．比如：证券分析软件等等，因为他们用的端口好象是比较特殊的．还有就是玩游戏的话也不能玩，甚至说连qq的聊天室都进不去． :em09:

请问，各位大哥，有没有办法通过代理或者什么方法，来解决这个问题呢？
（目前内网有一台机器是可以无限制上网，但我的机器连不到那台机器，因为它的默认网关是：**.**.１０３.１，我的是**.**.１００.１，ping　都ping　不通，这个有没有办法解决呢？ :em32: ）
